"A fantastic apartment in a great location. Easy walk to the Notre Dame, the Louvre and we even enjoyed the hour or so walk along the Seine to the Eiffel Tower. The apartment is well appointed and the host was really helpful. We enjoyed coffees from the lovely little coffee shop directly across the road, Coffee Specialty Coffee, and it was great to have laundry facilities in the apartment. The apartment was spacious and the layout dealt well with the limited natural light in the bedrooms. The living room is a really lovely space. We were a family of two parents and two teenagers and would definitely recommend and come back."

"The position is great! Walking distance from Louvre, Pompidou etc and several metro lines very close by (5 min by foot). A lot of small and nice restaurants and cafees just around the corner. Enjoyed the apartment. It is spacy and well equipped! Host was nice and available! We were 4 - parents and two teenagers. Would come back!"

"The location of Andy is perfect. It is a few blocks from the Pompidou, and very close to many of the attractions in Paris. This was perfect for walking around town. We enjoyed the apartment very much, and found it easy to stop in when we were tired of walking and needed a break. The coffee shop across the street was a bonus - it is adorable and has great coffee. The apartment is well-stocked with plates and cookware and all the essentials. We appreciated having a washer/dryer as this was the second week of our trip."

"We had a bit of concern about having only one toilet for our group of six people, but it worked out okay. There are two showers and the one toilet is separate from those. We were out much of the day so it wasn't a big deal, but I do not think it was clear in the property listing. Also, there was some damage/warping in one part of a wood floor that was a bit of a trip hazard and made it so that the door to one of the showers did not close properly. Otherwise, it was great and I recommend for families with kids as it gives a bit of extra room and the convenience of having breakfast at home before a day of sightseeing."
